Order Processing & Delivery

- Shipping: 4–7 business days (after dispatch)
- Total estimated delivery: 5–9 business days
Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST are moved to the next business day for processing.

Orders under $98.00 — $7.50 flat rate, Orders $98.01 and above — Free shipping
Carriers & Coverage
We ship exclusively within the United States, using a network of trusted carriers selected based on your location: FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and local couriers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link and number by email within 1–2 business days. If your tracking isn't updating or appears inactive, contact us at info@milionera.shop, and we'll look into it right away.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Milionera is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. All such charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have any concerns.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@milionera.shop with photos of the issue. Milionera takes full responsibility for making it right — through a return, replacement, or exchange.
