Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Contact us as soon as possible at info@milionera.shop. We'll do our best to make changes before your order is processed, but we can't guarantee it once fulfillment has begun.

I received a confirmation email — is my order confirmed? A confirmation email means we received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance. We'll notify you if anything changes.

Shipping

How long does delivery take? Orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by 4–7 business days for shipping.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is $7.50 for orders under $98.00. Orders $98.01 and above ship free.

Do you ship internationally? No. We currently ship only within the United States.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email within 1–2 business days. For tracking issues, email us at info@milionera.shop.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How do I start a return? Visit our Returns Portal to request a return. Once approved, we'll send a shipping label to your email. A $5.00 label fee applies for mail returns.

Are in-store returns free? Yes. In-store returns are completely free of charge.

Can I exchange an item? Exchanges are available in-store only, and only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Are there any restocking fees? No. Milionera does not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process it.
