30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Visit the Returns Portal to initiate a return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll email you a return shipping label ($5.00 label fee applies). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In-store returns are free of charge.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, use the Returns Portal within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only and must be done in-store. Subject to product availability. Unauthorized mail exchanges will not be accepted.
No Restocking Fees
Milionera does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process the credit.
Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers are not eligible for refunds if not applied at checkout. They cannot be added after an order is placed.
